About Sara

A home chef with a real love for pickles.

Sara is a 20-year-old home chef who enjoys charcuterie boards, Vietnamese food, ramen, and other good food, but has a real love for pickles. She shares her pickles with friends and family, and if you'd like to order some, you can place an order online.

The Pickles

Five jars, all made by hand.

Classic Dill Cucumber Pickles

The one that started it all. Crisp cucumbers, fresh dill, and a brine Sara has been fussing over until it's just right.

Pickled Green Beans

Snappy whole green beans pickled until they have a little bite of their own. A favorite for snacking straight from the jar.

Pickled Carrots

One of Sara's own real favorites. Crisp carrot spears in the same brine, with dried dill weed for a little sweetness.

Pickled Jalapeños

A genuinely different jar, not the cucumber combo above. Real jalapeño, real heat, a real favorite Sara's especially good at.

Behind the Brine

Made by hand, in small batches, in her own kitchen.

Every jar starts on the stove, with a pot of brine simmering alongside fresh dill and spices until the kitchen smells like it. Sara washes, packs, and jars everything herself, in small batches she can actually keep an eye on. Nothing fancy, just a home cook paying attention to the details that make a pickle worth eating.
